Week of 1/25:
Monday: All Pitchers 3:30-5.Sen/Junior infielders 5-6.
Tuesday: 2:50-4:15 JVB/JVA, 4:15-5:30 VAR, LIFT 6-7:15
Wednesday: All Pitchers 3:30-5. Sen/Junior infielders 5-6.
Thursday: 2:50-4:15 JVB/JVA, 4:15-5:30 VAR,
Friday: Open Hitting with Coach C 2:50-5:00.
Saturday: All LIFT 11-12:30 WR, we do have Aux 12-3 if needed per Joe.

Durant Lifting

Sorry but we are going 0-100 real quick here… Durant lifting times will be Tuesdays 6-7pm and Saturday’s at 11am.

Tues. 19th- Seniors/Juniors (Maz, Lock, Birk too) 4:15-5:30, Fresh./Soph. 2:55-4:15.
Wed.- All Pitchers 3:30-5. Sen/Junior infielders 5-6.
Thur.- Same as Tuesday.
Fri.- Open 2:55-5.
Sat.- Seniors/Juniors (Maz, Lock, Birk too) 9-10:30
