We will host our first player meeting of the season on Wednesday, September 4th at 3:00 in the Hitting Facility at Jerome. Please plan on attending if you are trying out for the team this season. All fall sport athletes are excused, just get with Coach Bookmyer to fill out a form. See him in his room next week.

The meeting will last about 20-30 minutes.

Fall lifting for any athletes not doing a sport is TUESDAY and THURSDAY 2:45-4:30 in the weight room. Mike will set you up with the lifting program.
